Room Rates are as follows: Single/double occupancy $89 per night + Taxes + Parking (50% discount for self-parking). Maximum 2 people per room. An additional $20 will be charged for each additional person.

When making room reservations, inform the reservation clerk that you are with the First Marine Aircraft Wing Association  Group Code FAW. 150 rooms have been blocked for our reunion. Please make your reservations early. It is easier to get more rooms now rather than later.

Free shuttle service is provided between the hotel, Reagan National Airport, Metro Stop at Crystal City, and Pentagon City.

Wed, Nov. 9:    1700 - 2300:  Registration/Hospitality Suite.

Thur, Nov 10:    1000:            Marine Corps Birthday Ceremonies at Marine Corps War Memorial. A bus will provide

     shuttle service.

                      1400-1700:    Hospitality Room / Registration.

       1800-2400:    Marine Corps Birthday Cake Cutting Ceremony / Hospitality Room.

Fri, Nov. 11:      1100-1500:    Veterans Day Ceremonies at Vietnam Veterans Memorial. A bus will

             provide shuttle service to The Wall starting at approximately 1100

             until 1300. Return service will be provided at approximately 1500..

       1800-2400:  China Beach Night  Hospitality Room.

Sat, Nov. 12:     0900-1130:  National Business Meeting (Refreshments Provided)

       1130-1830:  On Your Own.

       1830-1930:  Cocktail Hour.

       1930-2400:  Dinner Dance.

Sun, Nov. 13:    1000-1200:  Farewell Breakfast.

Registration Fee:$125 pp - Includes refreshments in Hospitality Suite and other reunion activities.

Hospitality Suite: Refreshments  open beer/wine/soda bar. Wear those salty utilities or flightsuits. Bring along your photo album and other memorabilia from 'Nam.

Dinner Dance: $52 pp - Dress: Business Casual. Dinner will be Buffet Style.

Farewell Breakfast: $20 pp - A nice way to end the reunion.

Walk-Ins: For members who do not register but can only "stop by", there will be a charge of $15 on Thursday & Friday nights. The Dinner Dance and Farewell Luncheon will be the same rate as for registered members.

We will have a commemorative reunion T-Shirt available for $18 each. Please state your size and quantity on the registration form. Hats, challenge coins, coffee mugs, and pins will also be available for purchase.

Participation at National Reunions is intended for First MAW Members, their families, and guests. If you have not renewed your membership or are not a member, please include $25 with your registration for annual membership dues.
